Time: 10:00am to 12:30pm (or till finish, not more than 1pm)
Fee: RM360 (includes pre-baked cake and raw materials)
Scope covers:
- level, fill, frost a real 7" cake and covered with ready-made fondant
- how to transform store-bought sugar flowers into personalised bouquet
- making fondant message
- impression/emboss/dragees/silk ribbon for extras
tips: smooth fondant, even and level cake, buttercream recipe, simple royal icing
Tools to bring: solid turntable, big rolling pin, apron, 2 towels, house slippers
Complimentary: snacks, coffee and tea
Note: Full fee payment must be made 10 days before class commences. Fee is non-refundable. Student is allowed to send a replacement to attend the class.
